Our Story
Founded by Jessica Turner (CEO) and Stacey Zita (COO), ThriveON was built on decades of leadership experience in corporate sales, operations, and people management. Both Jess and Stacey recognnized the challenges that employers faced in retaining international talent, as well as the personal struggles that employees and their families endured when relocating to a new country. Their extensive backgrounds in managing complex projects and building strong, people-centered teams gave them the insight needed to create a service that goes beyond traditional relocation.
