Both Jess and Stacey recognnized the challenges that employers faced in retaining international talent, as well as the personal struggles that employees and their families endured when relocating to a new country. Their extensive backgrounds in managing complex projects and building strong, people-centered teams gave them the insight needed to create a service that goes beyond traditional relocation.
